Founded in 1996, R-Tex Services, LLC is a full service Prime Industrial Contractor. We find solutions to the most complex industrial challenges; we do it with a remarkable comprehensive in-house team of technical/engineering personnel, craftsmen, and top-notch equipment and systems. Our ability to offer “one-stop shopping” for a wide variety of industrial services, means our customers deal with one contractor. This seamless approach provides one source of responsibility, reduces risk, and minimizes unknown factors that could influence the schedule and budget.
Jerry Richardson - CEO
Jerry Richardson is the owner and CEO of R-Tex Services, LLC. Jerry began operations as Richardson Enterprises in 1996. Jerry formed R-Tex Services, LLC from Richardson Enterprises in 2006 and has expanded its services over the years to meet the needs of the industry to provide turnkey solutions.

R-Tex Services LLC has a commitment to protect the environment, this is an expectation of all our Management, Supervisors, Workers and Sub-Contractors. We have procedures in place that provide everyone guidance on the responsibility of waste management and protection of the air, land and water quality.
R-Tex Services complies with all Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) industry standards, as well as our own environmental policies. We place an emphasis on environmental awareness and responsibility among all Management, Supervisors, Workers and Sub-Contractors. We strive to leverage the latest advancements in technology and provide environmentally friendly, cost effective solutions to operations. We focus on minimizing impact on the Environment.
